Andrea Bollmann

She has practiced in the field of corporate and intellectual property law since 2007.

She also assisted with the preparation of all necessary legal documentation for the operation of these companies in accordance with current regulations. Furthermore, she advised several of these companies during their liquidation and dissolution processes, up to the final cancellation and closure of the entities.

Throughout her 15 years of practice, she specialized in intellectual property law, representing and advising clients from over 25 different nationalities on matters related to their distinctive signs and intellectual property.

During this period, she provided services for the incorporation and establishment of various companies and branches in Bolivia, and also assisted with the administration and implementation of decisions within these companies, often serving as their legal representative.

Andrea completed her studies at the Universidad Privada Boliviana (UPB), graduating with a Law Degree with a special mention in Corporate Law.
