He has been working in the field of corporate and intellectual property law since 2007.
In the same way, he supported with the preparation of all the legal documentation necessary for the development of these companies according to the current regulations. Likewise, he advised several of these companies at the time of proceeding with their liquidation and dissolution until obtaining the cancellation and definitive closing of the companies.
During his 15 years of practice he specialized in intellectual property law, representing and advising clients of more than 25 different nationalities in matters related to their distinctive signs and intellectual property.
Throughout this time, she assisted in the incorporation and constitution of different companies and branches in Bolivia, as well as in the administration and implementation of decisions in these companies, often acting as their legal representative.
Andrea received her law degree from the Universidad Privada Boliviana (UPB) with a special mention in Corporate Law.
