He studied at the Universidad Privada Boliviana (UPB) graduating with honors, Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Law with special mention in Corporate Law.
Nicolás specializes in contract, procedural and insurance law.
For the past 15 years, he has been advising leading international reinsurers on matters of high national and international relevance.
In addition, he represents different international companies in the Plurinational State of Bolivia and provides his services in various judicial proceedings in constitutional, civil, commercial and criminal matters.
In addition to his professional practice, he has taught Civil Law III.
