Sergio graduated from Universidad Mayor de San Andres (UMSA), La Paz, Bolivia, with a law degree and a postgraduate degree in Economic Law and Administrative Law.
He is one of the most experienced lawyers in the aeronautical sector in Bolivia, having advised several of the main airlines within the Bolivian market, as well as engine and aircraft lessors.
Sergio is a member of the Bolivian Bar Association and the La Paz Bar Association.
