Sergio graduated from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés (UMSA) in La Paz, Bolivia, with a Bachelor of Laws degree, and completed postgraduate studies in Economic Law and Administrative Law.
He is one of the attorneys with the most extensive experience in the aviation sector in Bolivia, having advised several of the leading airlines within the Bolivian market, as well as engine and aircraft lessors.
Sergio is a member of the Bolivian Bar Association and the La Paz Bar Association.
